Crown Prince Congratulates Niger's President on Republic Proclamation
Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Mahamadou Issoufou of the Republic of Niger on the anniversary of his country's Proclamation of the Republic.
