Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Mahinda Rajapaksa of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President constant good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
